Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair attract homeowners from across Georgia and beyond — people who invest in a place to slow down, gather family, and enjoy the water. But a second home left unattended is a liability. Pipes leak. Storms cause damage. Vendors don't show... that's when Penland steps in.
Penland Group was founded to solve exactly that. We are a locally operated home management and concierge company serving the five-county region surrounding both lakes. Our Founder, Hollie Penland, lives and works here — she knows the contractors, the weather patterns, the quirks of lake properties, and the standards that discerning homeowners expect.
We work with a small number of clients by design. Every property we manage receives our full attention, not a fraction of it. When you call, you reach someone who knows your home.

Penland Group is led by Hollie Penland, a longtime resident of the Lake Oconee area with years of experience in property management and client services. Our team is intentionally small — we take on only as many properties as we can serve exceptionally well.
